Worst customer service EVER
Worst customer service EVER! Paid almost $30 for overnight shipping, only for fedex to claim it was delivered to my door at 4:02pm. I was home all day and never got a package. I also have a ring doorbell and nothing was ever delivered. I reached out to JBW about the issue and the basically said oh well. I need to file a police report and packages are stolen everyday. What kind of customer service is that? Never again. Just going to dispute it with my bank

I ordered my watch through Amazon, everything arrived as it should, awesome watch, great condition and delivered to my door as expected.

Their return system is terrible
Their return system is terrible. It is impossible to receive any help and answers from their customer service. I am really waiting for their reaction regarding how partly possible to return some items. I am from Denmark and when i am typing the order number and ZIP/post code, so these 2 things are not fitting together. I wrote to the customer service for several times and no answer at all.
Dishonest business
I purchased an IWC Portugieser Automatic 40 for £3,800 from JB Watches, Madrid via Chrono 24. The watch described and displayed in the photo collection was of a very good condition piece with gold numerals and a brown strap.
I received an IWC Portugieser with quite significant wear, silver numerals and a blue strap. The seller admitted the mistake and agreed to refund postage and packaging from Ireland to Spain. One month and many emails later, I had still not received the refund for postage. This was nearly £200 as I had to fully insure the item and have it collected from the hospital where I work.
Thankfully after numerous phonecalls, Chrono24 eventually refunded me this cost, while the seller only replied with abusive emails saying that I was 'sour and bitter.' All in all, this was a truly unpleasant experience and put me off the used watch market. I would avoid this seller at all costs.
I have never written a negative online review of any business in the past, but this businessman was so egregiously rude to me that I feel obliged.
I bought an Armani watch as a birthday…
I bought an Armani watch as a birthday present, and within a week the strap snapped. I’ve tried to get into contact with them, but the email they have supplied is fake and the emails have bounced back. The website no longer exists that I can find, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

AMAZING WATCH
Just recently received my JBW JETSETTER WATCH from GILT. And I can HONESTLY SAY that for an entry level luxury watch I couldn't be happier with it. Had my doubts after reading some of the reviews on here, but to be honest I don't understand why that is! 234 GENUINE DIAMONDS which are CERTIFIED is amazing for the price ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!

Could customers please let me know if…
Could customers please let me know if they are taking legal action regarding Losing watches and your money. Jb watches should not be allowed to get away with this. Almost every review on here are saying the same thing. Surely we should take legal action and get all money back?
Please respond if you’re interested in putting a case together towards JB watches

Customer service sucks
My watch is great excluding the band. I have been trying for weeks to get in contact with someone from JBW unsuccessfully. All I want is to purchase a different band but they haven’t bothered contacting me (after numerous attempts). Maybe I will just return the watch because the Customer service sucks

I just brought a watch from JBW on the 23rd june 2020 . Recieved the watch in good condition and very pleased with it BUT the company have CHEATED me out of £118.70 . I had to pay a DUTY TAX on top of the purchase i paid JBW .The company JBW dose ? not make it clear that when u buy watch out of the EU there will be a duty tax. I found the SAME watch on GROUPON cheaper in the UK. DO NOT BUY ABROAD FROM USA JBW u will get RIPPED OFF im living proof. They will not HELP U they say its UR PROBLEM even though u are buying the product from them . UK CUSTOMERS HAVE BEEN WARNED the company will MISLEAD U

Terrible
Terrible. Sent me a code for an extra 50% off all gold items. Picked one and it doesn't work. OK I tired the welcome 30 as it says extra of all items thats a lie too. Start getting texts to order and they reply its already discounted. And wont answer why they have falsley advertised and going by their reviews im glad I haven't bought one. I like a story as you can see from other reviews I've written but this garbage doesn't deserve my TIME
I received a faulty armani watch
I received a faulty armani watch. Sent it back on their request on February 2020 by recorded delivery. It has been received by them as royal mail tracking service provided by them confirmation . I have not received my watch back or a reply to the 10 emails sent to them.
I'm more than angry has I only purchased after reading the reviews from trust pilot website.
They have removed their website. No phone contact and no replies to emails
